1. Motor Controller

A client from Venezuela came with an idea to make a custom motor controller. The idea was to control two motors when there is metal found. We have added two metal detection sensors and the motor start then the sensor detect any metal. It has more other functions too.

2. Load Cell controller
Project duration: 10 days
The company ask pcbiex to design a controller to measure heavily load for industrial use. The requirements was to get the reading from different strain gauge sensors and send it to the main controller. The main controller collect all data, show on display separately and also transmit all day wirelessly. So we made the design with ATmega328 as main processor and we use NRF for data transmission.
This controller Collect data from multiple strain gauge sensor and the process & send the data to the website. It also shows the data on display. It has power section, on board code uploader, crystal oscillator, other IC’s, LEDs and other parts needed.

3. Home Automation System
Project duration: 21 days
Brazilian automation company NEW-X come to us to design a home automation system with multiple relay inputs and outputs. They were was to make It WiFi based system and slow interface with TUYA. We choose ESP32 as main processor and TUYA module to design this hardware. More details in down below.
It had 8 digital inputs & 8 relay output to control home appliances. It also has 2 diver switch to open and close the curtains. It has Wifi, Ethernet, Bluetooth. It has Tuya module on board which gives a great operating experience. User can use tuya appliance to control home appliances. The device is available in brazilian market.

4. Charger Filter

A client from Finland come to pcbiex asking for a custom design PCB. It was a current filter PCB with capacitors and inductor. He also wanted to add USB on PCB. PCBiex made a PCB according the his requirement.
This custom design PCB to filter the noise & Spike. It has many capacitors. Inductor & few resestors. It also has a USB for connection.

5. MP3 Player
Project duration: 5 days
This PCB is a MP3 payer. It has on board DF player and SD card to store the audio files and play. It can be interface with Arduino, Esp32 , STM32 & etc. Connecting with serial port it can play any music & audio. It’s a custom design audio system available in Canadian market. Completely made by PCBiex.

7. Drown Holder PCB

There is a client from Toronto. We was making a drone. He wanted a strong PCB with 4 holder to attach motors and connectors to connect the motors. In the middle there is a gap to attach the main computing module to control the drone.There is a capacitor to filter the noise & headers for connection. silk Screen & measurement is the Main point of this pcb. pcbiex design this custom PCB ,manufacturere and ship 🚢 to Canada.

8. Automotive Safety Controller
Project duration: 7 days
This is a custom design vehicle security system. A company from Chile come to pcbiex with an idea of unique security lock system. Thay wanted to make a security lock with turn off the engine of the car when someone try to steal the car forcedly. It also has password lock system and without password the car doesn’t turn on. It also has some other custom functions. When the door is open it starts counting & cuts off the main power of vehicle. After door open it count 60 second & then cuts off the power even the door is closed again it doesn’t turn on power. To activate the power again need to give the password. This system insurers the vehicles safety. PCB size is 3x7cm. PCBiex made the complete system and it’s already available in Chile.

9. Battery Charger & Power Controller For Cam Module ESP32
Project duration: 7 days
A doctor from Brazil contact to pcbiex with a idea of making ESP32 cam with IR LEDs. It has a use in cancer treatment. We take the challenge to make the controller and battery charging system for this project.
This PCB is power supply & battery charger system. ESP32 cam & IR LEDs will take power separately. ESP32 get 5v & LEDs get 6v. For power backup there is 3 lithium 3.7v battery. For charging the battery the pcb has 12v 10A battery charging system & battery protection system called BMS.

10. Water Purifier Controller
There is a water purification company in Turkey wanted to make a smart watch purification system with AI and all smart functions including self quality control and many more unique features.
PCBiex developed the complete hardware, software, display HMI and manufacturing for this smart watch purification system.
One of the exciting feature is the purifier can talk to human. It detect the appearance of human and start talking to the human. It has artificial intelligence in it so it knows about itself, internal systems and quality of water. It gives the user all updates of maintenance and emergency alert of necessary.
It has a display to show the quality of water , all details about maintenance and necessary informations. For example it shows water PH, TDS, temperature, amount of water flow, life cycle of filter, water leaking alert and etc.
The purifier has Web and app interface to open the internal lock during maintenance and also user can check all the information on app. It’s a complete product with all smart functions and available in international market.
